Will Auto-Burn™ get in the way of service?
The right model mounted in the right location will not be in the way. Our Buying Guide will show you which model to choose, and where to mount it.
Saddle Mount vs. Backsplash Mount?
Get the Saddle Mount for free-standing ice bins without backsplashes (most pass-thru ice bins fit this category). Get the Backsplash Mount for any ice bins with backsplashes.
Does Auto-Burn™ comply with plumbing code?
Auto-Burn™ complies with the strictest plumbing codes. All units are made of 304 stainless steel, NSF certified plumbing components, and are certified lead-free.
Are the Auto-Burn™ Heads removable?
Yes. The Saddle Mount Unit can be removed by loosening a thumb screw. The Backsplash Mount Unit can be removed if it’s installed with Velcro.
Do I need a plumber to install it?
While it's always a good idea to have plumbing fixtures installed professionally, many of our customers install Auto-Burn™ themselves.
